They are Illuminating the MANY TIFs of Detroit – for the first time!The results so far is what you might expect – billions of public dollars moving swiftly, relentlessly, and secretly into private pockets. They are just getting started but already have incorporated their findings into neighborhood forums, a free community newspaper, and candidate forums for the recent municipal elections.
